Both, from working with a global big 4 consultancy firm as well as with large international financial institutions. I delivered large-scale AML and KYC projects and can support your organisation with the setup and delivery of projects and frameworks.

Throughout my career I was leading teams and projects following the agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies. Kanban boards, product backlogs and sprint reviews are all in my toolbox. I was leading change and transformation projects on a large scale. I know how to manage stakeholders, AKDAR frameworks and communication campaigns as well as coaching teams and individuals. I had the highest retention rates in my teams and managed to keep them together even in rough and challenging times.
